Problem
Accessibility practitioners had to stitch together five disconnected tools to run a single audit — checklist, contrast checker, focus visualizer, screen-reader docs. Context-switching was the bottleneck.
Approach
Designed a single-surface tooling hub with shared state across checks
Built the WCAG 2.2 checklist as a structured data source (auditable, exportable)
Validated every component against NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver before shipping
Enterprise accessibility programs split across audit vendors, internal QA, and dev tickets — no shared view of compliance status, no audit trail of remediation, and no enforced sign-off.
Approach
Three-portal architecture so each stakeholder sees only what they need
Role-based access controls mapped to procurement, audit, and engineering workflows
Audit trail built into every status transition so compliance evidence is automatic

Key outcomes
Single source of truth across audit → validate → remediate → maintain
Enterprise role-based access controls
Replaces 3–4 fragmented tools in a typical accessibility program

Compliance Management
Problem
Remediation programs frequently outsource fixes to multiple vendors and lose visibility into status, evidence, and ownership. Email threads and shared drives don't scale past 2–3 vendors.
Approach
Protected per-vendor share links with scoped permissions
Batch upload with metadata enforcement so evidence is always usable later
Stripe-backed subscriptions and audit trail across every status transition
